Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst - Job Description:
The selected candidate will be part of a modernization initiative for Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) and will have a direct impact on the customer’s experience. The role supports the execution and delivery of technology initiatives that advance the Bank’s transformation, focusing on hardware deployments and operational excellence.

Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Delivery Lead to support project planning and implementation activities.
• Support implementation and post-implementation activities by monitoring deployment activities and Branch readiness.
• Identify and track deployment issues and escalations through to resolution.
• Support deployment schedule coordination and manage rescheduling requests.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear business and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and contribute to project improvements.
• Coordinate with Branch, Project Delivery, business, technology, and external partners.
• Prepare reports and status updates on deployment progress and issues.

Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, or technology implementation.
• Fluency in both English and French, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call support environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with retail banking operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

Bilingual (E/F) IT Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
