Au nom de notre client du secteur des services financiers (services bancaires personnels et investissements), Procom recherche un(e) Agent(e) des opérations bilingue (E/F), MS Excel pour un mandat contractuel. Ce poste est en présentiel au bureau de notre client à Montréal.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Description du poste:
L’Agent(e) des opérations bilingue (E/F) appuiera les opérations en traitant des dossiers provenant de partout au Canada. Le rôle comprend la vérification de chèques et de documents, la gestion d’envois postaux et la numérisation de documents, tout en assurant une saisie et une tenue de dossiers exactes.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Responsabilités:
• Vérifier des chèques et des documents conformément aux procédures établies.
• Traiter des dossiers entrants provenant de différentes régions du Canada en français et en anglais.
• Effectuer des envois postaux (mailings) et assurer le suivi requis.
• Numériser des documents et classer l’information de façon organisée.
• Documenter et consigner avec précision l’information client dans les systèmes.
• Assurer un haut niveau d’exactitude, d’attention aux détails et de gestion du temps.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Compétences obligatoires:
• Bilinguisme français/anglais (écrit et verbal).
• Expérience pratique avec MS Excel.
• Capacité démontrée à documenter et à consigner avec précision l’information client.
• Diplôme d’études collégiales.
• Excellente attention aux détails et solides compétences en gestion du temps.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel – Compétences souhaitables:
• Expérience antérieure dans le secteur bancaire.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel – Durée de l’affectation:
Mandat initial d’environ 6 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation jusqu’à 12 mois.

Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Job Description:
The Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent will support operations by working on files coming in from across Canada. The role includes verifying cheques and documents, handling mailings, and scanning documents, while ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Responsibilities:
• Verify cheques and documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Support incoming files from across Canada in both English and French.
• Process mailings and complete required follow-up.
• Scan documents and organize information appropriately.
• Accurately document and record customer/client information in systems.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and effective time management.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel - Mandatory Skills:
• English/French bilingualism (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• College degree.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking experience.
Bilingual (E/F) Operations Agent, MS Excel – Assignment Length:
Initial contract of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months.
