Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer - Job Description:
The role involves working on a project, focusing on the end-to-end delivery of digital products. The candidate will be responsible for continuous and early delivery of business value, identifying capabilities and features, and addressing potential risks in collaboration with end users and stakeholders.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer - Responsibilities:
• Support the Senior Manager, Product Owner in defining product release and iteration backlogs
• Collaborate with SMEs and Product Owners to assess feature impacts on end-users
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize delivery based on calculated benefits
• Act as a primary reviewer and approver of development work during iteration demos
• Engage actively with the agile team in planning sessions and other meetings
• Lead the creation of user stories and decompose larger objectives into features
• Advocate for quality and minimize technical debt impact
• Make decisions on product direction and establish product vision with stakeholders
• Contribute to building organizational capability on agile adoption

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in product management or development within financial services or fintech
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery of digital products
• 4+ years of experience in a structured delivery or project environment
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong understanding of software technologies and iterative SDLC methodologies

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Master’s degree or MBA
• Jira/Confluence experience
• Figma
• Mural

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Product Owner/Manager/Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension.
