Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) - Job Description:
The project involves supporting complex requirements to build insights on Insurance customers across multiple geographies in International Banking. The role focuses on aligning technology solutions with business strategies and translating business requirements to technical teams.

Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) - Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on technical projects and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• 5-8 years of experience working with SQL, Visio, and Excel.
• 2 years of experience with Power Bi.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Any process certification, such as Six Sigma, IIBA CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
• Experience in Databricks.

Bilingual IT Business Analyst (Spanish/English) – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is ASAP to February 28th, 2027, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment based on performance and project funding.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 1-3 days in the office per week.
