Bilingual Recruiter (English/French):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) for an 18-month role. This position is a remote position with a possible chance to go into the office in the future in Montreal or Toronto.

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Job Description:
The Bilingual Recruiter will support corporate functions by managing the recruitment process for a designated portfolio. This includes providing talent advisory services and ensuring an optimal hiring experience aligned with the company's customer experience model.

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Responsibilities:
• Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio
• Manage the recruitment process, including candidate pipeline
• Provide shortlists of screened candidates using enterprise hiring systems
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies related to recruitment
• Manage relationships with HR and Talent Acquisition teams
• Report on recruitment activities and outcomes
• Coordinate advertising and brand activities to attract talent
• Participate in recruitment events as needed

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Mandatory Skills:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Full cycle recruitment experience
• Corporate and agency recruitment experience
• Experience in consultation and providing advice
• Great communication skills
• Attention to detail

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Workday
• Basic Excel experience
• Experience with Power suite

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) – Assignment Length:
This is an 18-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Start Date:
ASAP.

Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) - Assignment Location:
Remote, with a possible future requirement to work onsite in Montreal, Quebec, or Toronto, Ontario.
