Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager - Job Description:
The project involves the development and maintenance of a cloud platform that integrates data from various sources for an international banking client. This role focuses on data migration and transformation to the cloud, ensuring quality, security, and accessibility.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
• Navigate and promote Agile environments with confidence.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Deliver high-quality results under tight timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage risks proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and lead with accountability.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Bilingual Spanish language.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects.
• Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent).
• Strong experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in banking.
• Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and data-driven delivery.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agile IT Delivery Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
