Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks - Job Description:
The project requires a Business Analyst to support complex requirements aimed at building insights on Insurance customers across multiple geographies in International Banking. The role involves aligning technology solutions with business strategies and translating business requirements to technical teams.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks - Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical projects and requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• 5-8 years of experience working with SQL, Visio, and Excel.
• 2 years of experience with Power BI.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Any process certification, such as Six Sigma, IIBA CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
• Experience in Databricks.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) IT Business Analyst - Databricks – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is from ASAP to February 28th, 2027, with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE based on performance and project funding.
