On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization - Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization will contribute to the success of strategic projects and programs within the Retail Credit Risk segment of the Global Risk Management transformation project, supporting International Banking. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Retail Credit Risk, enhancing risk management capabilities, and proactively implementing improvements.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization - Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the implementation of initiatives within Retail Credit Risk Transformation.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive efficiencies.
• Use agile methods to complete projects and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure project adherence to schedules and support stakeholders.
• Align working teams within the overall program framework.
• Communicate scope, outcomes, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and support sustainable solution implementation.
• Maintain detailed project files for quality assurance and audits.
• Champion a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
• Support the Director in obtaining stakeholder and senior management alignment.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization - Mandatory Skills:
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
• 5-7 years of banking experience, ideally within risk management functions.
• Experience leading and executing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Bank’s Retail Credit Risk segments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related software.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in credit risk for small business and retail.
• Knowledge on fraud / First-party fraud.
• Good knowledge of Agile and Scrums.
• PMP certification.
• Master’s degree.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk Modernization – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.
