Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant for a contract role.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant - Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of business areas. The Consultant will leverage market insights, innovative sourcing strategies, technology, and strong business acumen to influence hiring decisions and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant - Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging data, market intelligence, and industry insights to influence hiring outcomes.
• Leverage data, technology, and innovative sourcing techniques to drive hiring success.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment across intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding.
• Conduct Hiring Manager strategy meetings to clarify role requirements and build recruitment plans.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage all administrative recruitment tasks.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure all compliance documentation is completed and uploaded.
• Manage a requisition load of ~20–25 roles once trained.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive talent scouting and outreach.
• Support small TA projects as needed.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring talent.
• Fully fluent bilingualism (English & French) — reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Strong talent sourcing and talent scouting capabilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills.
• A data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is considered an asset.
• Background in corporate recruitment or agency recruitment.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant - Start Date:
ASAP.

Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant - Assignment Location:
Hybrid with flexible locations in Toronto or Waterloo - 1 day per week onsite
