Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner - Job Description:
The Bilingual TSI Partner will engage in strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support business objectives. This role involves providing expert advice on sourcing and recruiting strategies, leveraging data to understand market trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value to the organization.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner - Responsibilities:
• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
• Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
• Assists in the development of strategic plans.
• Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
• Develops talent acquisition solutions and makes recommendations based on business strategy.
• Conducts industry analysis & trends to better understand target customer segments.
• Leads & influences coaching and capability building on recruitment techniques and tools.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner - Mandatory Skills:
• Fluency in English and French.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Appropriate HR designation.
• In-depth verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration & team skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Canadian employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with change management.
• Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies.

Bilingual Talent Sourcing & Intelligence Partner – Assignment Length:
The assignment is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
