Boiler Service Technician:
On behalf of our Water Solutions client, Procom is searching for a Boiler Service Technician for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Centennial, Colorado office.

Boiler Service Technician - Job Description:
The Boiler Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for hydronic and steam boiler and burner-related products. This includes ensuring proper installation, conducting factory-authorized startups, and providing on-site product training. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.

Boiler Service Technician - Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate field assessments of newly installed equipment to ensure compliance with local code and manufacturers’ guidelines.
• Collaborate with installing contractors to address questions and concerns prior to startup.
• Perform factory-authorized startup on newly installed equipment and submit required documentation.
• Conduct short technical trainings for onsite personnel on newly installed equipment.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, or other service technicians regarding product and service issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair service-related customer complaints on equipment sold by the company.
• Work closely with the inside sales and product support teams to ensure proper application of equipment and controls.
• Complete jobsite walkthroughs to document existing equipment, measurements, and drawings for retrofit opportunities.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, techniques, tools, and materials for proper equipment servicing.
• Participate in cross-functional, new product, and problem-solving teams as necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Boiler Service Technician - Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to work independently on the job site with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of boiler/burner-related standards and computer proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work from electrical schematics, drawings, plans, or specifications.
• Hands-on skills to troubleshoot, test, and complete repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage diverse relationships with project team members.
• Valid Driver’s License with the use of a company vehicle provided.

Boiler Service Technician – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Associates Degree preferred.
• HVAC course completion.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, communications, controls, and hardware.
• Experience with steam and gas-fired equipment.

Boiler Service Technician – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

Boiler Service Technician - Start Date:
ASAP.
