Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish - Job Description:
The project involves supporting complex requirements to build insights on Insurance customers across multiple geographies in International Banking. The ideal candidate will work on aligning technology solutions with business strategies and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish - Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementation decisions.
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Support one or more highly complex business processes.
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on technical projects and requirement gathering.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• 5-8 years of experience working with SQL, Visio, and Excel.
• 2 years of experience with Power Bi.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Any process certification, such as Six Sigma, IIBA CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
• Experience in Databricks.

Business Analyst - Bilingual: English and Spanish – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position running approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, hybrid work arrangement with 1-3 days in the office per week.
