Business Analyst:
Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a hybrid role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office. 

Business Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support high-impact initiatives across the  portfolio. This role involves translating business needs into structured requirements and process models to enhance decision-making and solution delivery.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end requirements activities across multiple initiatives
• Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop process models and documentation
• Facilitate alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience in technology or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or stage-gated delivery frameworks
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts
• Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools
• Strong proficiency setting up and managing Jira

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems
• Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, and integrations
• Working knowledge of integrating cybersecurity and compliance considerations

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a duration to be confirmed.

Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton Alberta, Canada, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office.
