Business Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support Phase 2 of the HCM Modernization Program. The successful candidate will focus on implementing Dayforce Workforce Management and Payroll capabilities, replacing legacy systems, and supporting the transition from design to build and System Integration Testing (SIT).

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Develop future-state business process maps
• Document business and system requirements
• Analyze Workforce Management and Payroll processes
• Support integration requirements and data mapping
• Facilitate open design and solution discussions
• Provide SIT readiness and execution support
• Conduct defect triage and issue resolution
• Transfer knowledge and document ongoing delivery activities

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Senior Business Analyst experience on large enterprise transformation programs
• Strong business process mapping and process analysis capabilities
• Experience with complex system integrations and dependent applications
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable outcomes
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Dayforce implementation experience
• Workforce Management (WFM) experience
• Payroll transformation experience
• Time & Attendance experience
• Benefits administration experience

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 3, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office.
