Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower) for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower) - Job Description:
The project involves ensuring the timely and accurate generation and distribution of quarterly client statements using the CGI MPower system. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting operational enhancements for the Wealth Management business lines.

Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower) - Responsibilities:
• Ensure all quarterly client statements are run, printed, reviewed, and sent to clients on time and adhering to strict quality standards
• Review the accuracy of client portfolios by running various data clean reports on MPower and investigate any discrepancies
• Review and balance any Statement of Change discrepancies
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers for timely delivery of statement testing
• Provide support to ensure all security trades are input accurately within strict time restraints
• Update and review new and existing client profiles to ensure accurate setup
• Participate in testing and implementation of internal operational enhancements and troubleshoot errors

Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower) - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a BA or Operations Analyst within FI
• In-depth understanding of the Canadian Investment Industry with exposure to U.S. and global markets
• 3+ years of UAT testing and regression testing
• 3+ years of experience with Wealth Management
• Strong proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Previous experience with ROR
• Prior experience in CGI MPower

Business Analyst - Canadian Investment, ROR (Mpower) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Continued education in securities industry-related topics
• Statement generation experience
• Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of Data Flow and system connectivity

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and full-time employment.
