Business Analyst - eGRC:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - eGRC for a 24-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - eGRC - Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support the development of a next-generation platform for 2nd Line Risk Management within our eGRC framework. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting product operations to ensure compliance with business and regulatory needs.

Business Analyst - eGRC - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Translate risk management processes into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
• Conduct gap analysis and support impact assessments for new features and regulatory changes.
• Assist in tracking deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Prepare materials, reports, and updates for team members and stakeholders.
• Support user-facing activities including troubleshooting and product demonstrations.
• Partner with QA teams to support testing and validate functionality.
• Facilitate or support workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Monitor and report on progress, risks, and dependencies across the product lifecycle.
