Business Analyst III:
On behalf of our worker's compensation client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst III for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Richmond office.

Business Analyst III - Job Description:Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops. 
• Develop business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. 
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and UAT activities. 
• Validate solution functionality, integrations, automated workflows, and business outcomes. 
• Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities. 
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployment through CI/CD pipelines. 
• Track and manage defects, risks, and quality assurance activities through resolution. 
• Support operational readiness, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Deliverables:

• Business and functional requirements.
• User stories and acceptance criteria.
• Process and workflow documentation.
• Product backlog support artifacts.
• Test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Test execution results and defect reports.
• UAT plans and sign-off documentation.
• Release readiness and deployment validation documentation.
• Requirements traceability artifacts.
• Operational readiness and training materials.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, QA Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role. 
• Strong experience with requirements management, business process analysis, solution validation, and testing. 
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams. 
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work management platforms. 
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices, including build/release pipelines, environment promotion, deployment validation, and release management. 
• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, workflow automation, or technology transformation initiatives. 
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills. 

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience supporting AI-enabled, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. 
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, or workflow orchestration concepts. 
• Experience validating automated workflows, integrations, and AI-generated outputs. 
• Experience working in DevOps or DevSecOps environments. 
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps. 
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, ITSM, workflow automation, or enterprise platform initiatives. 
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, ISTQB, Agile BA, or equivalent certifications.
