Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 - Job Description:
The project involves standard Business As Usual (BAU) activities, where the team collaborates closely with corporate functions and technology, aligning with SAFe Agile, Practice Hub, and governance standards. The role focuses on supporting multiple pods within the team to ensure successful delivery and operational effectiveness.

Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Manage initiatives through the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
• Support testing efforts and assist in implementation activities.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership and technical teams.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current capabilities and recommend system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of business domains and technology trends.

Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• Mainframe environment experience - 5-7 years.
• Agile - JIRA and Confluence - 5-7 years.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business analysis.
• Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and adaptable.

Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
• Banking/Financial industry experience.
• Agile certifications.

Business Analyst - Mainframe Systems x2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs and performance.
