Business Analyst - Mid-Level:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Mid-Level for a 4-month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite in Westlake, TX / Secondary Work Locations - Austin, TX and Orlando, FL

Business Analyst - Mid-Level - Job Description:
This role is focused on client retention and negotiated offers within our financial client's Investor Services/Client Experience. The Business Analyst will work on providing objective, consistent, and equitable pricing solutions for high-value, price-sensitive clients through data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Business Analyst - Mid-Level - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial client's IS negotiated pricing reviews and approvals, including commissions, margin, and managed investing asset-based fees.
• Gather and interpret client financial and behavioral data to conduct profitability analysis.
• Frequently interact with VPs and above regarding pricing decisions and escalations.
• Partner with various departments to provide insights on pricing initiatives.
• Construct complex pricing packages for high-value clients and prospects.
• Educate and guide field partners on client profitability and competitive positioning.
• Act as a point of escalation for requests exceeding field empowerment guidelines.

Business Analyst - Mid-Level - Mandatory Skills:
• Series 7 & 63 required.
• 3+ years experience in brokerage or financial services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of internal systems and tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Business Analyst - Mid-Level – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelors degree highly preferred.
• Highly developed negotiation and critical thinking skills.
• Proven effectiveness in building relationships with partners.
• Positive attitude of service and initiative.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and profitability analysis.

Business Analyst - Mid-Level – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract.
