Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation - Job Description:
This role involves working on the TPM 360 (Procurement Transformation) project as part of the Enterprise Programs team. The project aims to deliver enterprise transformation programs, enhancing procurement processes within the organization.

Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation - Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Support one or more highly complex business processes
• Work on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation - Mandatory Skills:
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience leading stakeholder discussions and facilitating working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit user stories
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Experience documenting user stories and participating in Agile ceremonies
• Banking or insurance industry experience

Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Third-party management lifecycle, including sourcing, contracting, finance, and supplier management, procurement system implementations
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
• CIBC experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong storyteller, able to effectively connect insights from working sessions to senior leadership audiences

Business Analyst - Procurement Transformation – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office each week.
