Business Analyst - Program Support:
On behalf of our airline industry client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Program Support for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Business Analyst - Program Support - Job Description:
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with the Program Manager to establish and operationalize essential governance, planning, intake, reporting, and value realization capabilities for our client's Data & AI Governance Program. The role focuses on setting up operating mechanisms to manage this strategic enterprise program effectively.

Business Analyst - Program Support - Responsibilities:
• Support annual and multi-year planning
• Assist in investment governance and intake processes
• Develop business cases and track benefits
• Prepare executive reports and presentations
• Design and document processes
• Track benefits realization and KPIs
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams

Business Analyst - Program Support - Mandatory Skills:
• Enterprise program or portfolio management support experience
• Business case and investment planning experience
• Executive reporting and presentation development
• Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Experience with Data, Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs
• Governance framework development
• Strong written communication and executive presentation skills

Business Analyst - Program Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Change management exposure
• Experience supporting large cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to create structure where processes are still being defined
• Portfolio management office (PMO/PgMO) experience
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis exposure

Business Analyst - Program Support – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
