Business Analyst/Project Control Officer:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst/Project Control Officer for a 2-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst/Project Control Officer - Job Description:
The Initiative & Innovations Business Analyst role is integral to driving transformation and automation within the organization. The role involves facilitating decision-making through data insights and evolving team development to enhance operational and reporting capabilities.

Business Analyst/Project Control Officer - Responsibilities:
• Convert raw data into meaningful analysis using dashboards and reports
• Design, develop, and deploy business analytics
• Clean data and review performance indicators
• Track team projects and initiatives with weekly updates
• Monitor performance and address issues
• Gather business requirements
• Interpret data and provide ongoing reports
• Develop data collection strategies to optimize efficiency and quality
• Create documentation for analyses supportability
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and document communications

Business Analyst/Project Control Officer - Mandatory Skills:
• 2-3 years of BA & PCO experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with project tracking software like MS Planner or MS Project
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth verbal & written communication skills
• Collaboration & team skills

Business Analyst/Project Control Officer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking/Financial industry experience
• Experience in automation/implementation
• Knowledge of AI

Business Analyst/Project Control Officer – Assignment Length:
This is a 2-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to FTE.
