Business Analyst/Project Manager - Coupa:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst/Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst/Project Manager - Job Description:
The successful candidate will be working on an automation and invoice processing project using Coupa. This is a new development role, offering the opportunity to work with different systems and software applications.

Business Analyst/Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, control, and close out projects or work packages, ensuring delivery against defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather, validate, and document business requirements, and facilitate solution design discussions with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests; generate regular updates for management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, recommend process changes, and ensure compliance with bank’s standards, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze project risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and support decision-making to keep initiatives on track.
• Support operational initiatives beyond project work.

Business Analyst/Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in business analysis and project management within the financial services sector – 5+ years
• Stakeholder management – 5 years
• Effective communication skills
• Collaboration skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint

Business Analyst/Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Coupa experience
• Experience with “Procure to pay”
• Experience with invoicing and procurement
• Banking experience

Business Analyst/Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time employee.

Business Analyst/Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence on Wednesday, Thursday, and every 4th Friday of the month.
