Business Analyst - Salesforce:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Salesforce for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Job Description:
The project involves onboarding a new business line (Small Business Upmarket) to a commercial Salesforce platform. The role focuses on enhancing and implementing changes to commercial client programs built on Salesforce, ensuring scalability and integration.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance and operational controls.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform for performance and issue resolution.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and apply relevant updates.
• Foster a collaborative environment for continuous improvement and risk management.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
• Considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent.
• Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
• Platform configuration skills to deliver scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Active participation in business analysis and planning.

Business Analyst - Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Admin Certification or similar Salesforce Certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field.

Business Analyst - Salesforce – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is approximately 9 months, with a possibility of extension.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Start Date:
ASAP.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days in the office.
