Business Analyst - Salesforce:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Salesforce for a 7 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Job Description:
The project involves delivering FY26 and FY27 Commercial Banking Salesforce enhancement initiatives. The Business Analyst will support discovery, requirements gathering, and solution definition for Salesforce CRM strategy enhancements. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the development team to ensure successful delivery of business functionality.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Responsibilities:
• Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements
• Work closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, Relationship Managers, Operations teams, and Technology partners
• Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and features within Jira
• Develop a deep understanding of the Commercial Banking ecosystem and related platforms
• Partner with QA teams to ensure business requirements are well understood

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery environments
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• 2-3 years of recent experience working on Salesforce CRM implementations or enhancements

Business Analyst - Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, or Financial Services
• Previous experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Salesforce certification is an asset

Business Analyst - Salesforce – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is until May 31, with the possibility of extension.

Business Analyst - Salesforce - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
