On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO for a 24-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

Business Analyst – SAP FICO - Job Description:
Our client is looking for an SAP S/4 FICO Business Analyst to support Finance stakeholders and SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will focus on improving IT solutions to deliver business value in a more user-friendly way.

Business Analyst – SAP FICO - Responsibilities:
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver user-focused SAP solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT.
• Manage stakeholder communication and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Manage the FICO backlog and work closely with agile teams.
• Develop user stories and requirements.
• Provide SAP FICO subject matter expertise and support solution design.

Business Analyst – SAP FICO - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience in FICO and RTR product areas.
• 5+ years as an SAP S/4 FICO Business Analyst.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Agile environment experience with user story creation and backlog preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years of direct public sector experience.

Business Analyst – SAP FICO – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SAP CRM TPM and SAP FSCM (claims management).
• FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-HR integration experience.
• Understanding of product costing within process manufacturing industries.
• Experience with COPA (Profitability Analysis).
• Knowledge of accounting and FP&A reports.

Business Analyst – SAP FICO – Assignment Length:
This is a 24-month contract position with an initial 6 months and possible extensions.

ASAP.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, onsite. Remote work is possible only at Manitoba’s discretion.
