Business Analyst - Senior (2x):
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 5-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
Seeking a Business Analyst - Senior to work on a critical project for developing a modern online Registration system. The project involves new development to enhance both external and internal user experiences.

Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Understand MECP Registration and Permit workflows
• Write user stories and related functional and technical specifications
• Develop Figma prototypes
• Brief requirements to the development team
• Lead QA testing and coordinate UAT with Ministry users
• Update and groom the product backlog on an ongoing basis

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting data, system, and business requirements
• Expertise in Business Analysis working with Visio diagrams and swim lane diagrams
• Ability to define use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT solutions
• Experience with database analysis and SQL language
• Ability to liaise effectively between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Experience leading requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, Java/React
• Familiarity with OPS governance frameworks
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or Cloud-based business solutions
• Experience in public sector projects
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Business Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract position.

Business Analyst - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Business Analyst - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
