Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics for a 6 month contract role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics - Job Description:
The Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics will be involved in providing a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs. The role focuses on understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable I&IT solutions, aligning with the organization's project management methodologies and standards.

Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
• Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client business problems or opportunities
• Develop strategies, business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives
• Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and process and data flow modeling
• Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and report to I&IT management and stakeholders
• Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation
• Oversee ongoing production support and configuration management

Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects
• Experience developing context diagrams, use cases, and use case models
• Experience with custom development in cloud-native systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience creating systems diagrams and mapping integration specs
• Experience on a medium-sized project as a business analyst or functional consultant
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as MS Visio and Figma
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)
• Experience with information retrieval packages
• Experience in user interface design and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing processes
• Ability to manage change processes and support end-user adoption

Business Analyst - Senior- Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position expected to last for the duration of the project.
