Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare - Job Description:
This role involves working on impactful public health projects. The focus is on developing and implementing IT solutions for public health initiatives, ensuring alignment with the OPS Unified Project Management Methodology and Agile Systems/OPS Standard Systems Development Methodologies.

Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare - Responsibilities:
• Lead and conduct business analysis with relevant stakeholders
• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis lead services
• Prepare and advise on business analysis policies and standards
• Conduct ongoing business analysis activities throughout the project life cycle
• Analyze defects and support data migration activities
• Apply re-engineering concepts for business improvements
• Lead stakeholder working groups and document business requirements
• Liaise with development and Quality Assurance teams
• Present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop and maintain business processes and user documentation
• Prepare and respond to executive queries
• Conduct gap analysis and develop strategies for I&IT initiatives

Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis
• System analysis and system design skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proven track record in data discovery and profiling
• Experience with public sector health-related projects

Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of public health policies and practices
• Familiarity with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology
• Experience in training material development
• Strong problem-solving skills

Business Analyst - Senior- Healthcare – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
