Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the OPGT Modernization program, a critical project aimed at enhancing existing functionalities beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The Business Analyst will bridge business requirements, solution configuration, and validation activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately documented and articulated.

Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop clear, prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Provide functional guidance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O configuration.
• Participate in functional and technical design reviews.
• Develop and document testing artifacts and support various testing phases.
• Support defect identification, analysis, and validation.
• Assist in deployment readiness and knowledge transfer activities.

Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT initiatives.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O.
• Experience in large-scale system implementations or modernization programs.
• Experience in structured governance environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an asset.

Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration capabilities.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for requirements and defect management.
• Familiarity with both automated and manual testing approaches.
• Understanding of agile or SDLC-based delivery methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Business Analyst - Senior- MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension.
