Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project, focusing on the ServiceNow CMDB data model. The project includes enhancing the ServiceNow platform's capabilities to improve service delivery and configuration management.

Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow - Responsibilities:
• Analyze and optimize ServiceNow CMDB data models
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate ITSM, ITOM discovery, and Service Mapping
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements and efficiencies

Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow CMDB data model (CSDM)
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM discovery, and Service Mapping
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Agile 2.0 and ServicePortal
• Strong understanding of business application architecture
• Familiarity with infrastructure, virtualization, and network architecture

Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments
• Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and discuss requirements with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a public sector environment

Business Analyst - Senior-ServiceNow – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, subject to the hiring manager’s discretion.
