Business Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 6 month contract role. This position requires full-time onsite presence at our client’s office.

Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
This role focuses on business process reengineering and the application of Agile methodologies. The Business Analyst - Senior will work on significant projects aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.

Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to elicit, review, document, and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, business models, business rules, and user interface design.
• Develop performance measures for business analysis evaluations and conduct follow-up assessments.
• Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards.
• Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and process and data flow modeling.
• Monitor progress, resolve problems, and report regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders.

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
• Experience in leading business analysis for medium to large-sized projects.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in a range of business analysis and project management tools (e.g., DevOps, MS Visio, Figma).

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the use of information retrieval packages.
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles.
• Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation.
• Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).

Business Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.

Business Analyst - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Business Analyst - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position requires 5 days onsite.
