Business Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our Natural Resources client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves providing comprehensive I&IT business analysis services to address diverse business and technological needs. The Senior Business Analyst will engage in projects, applying OPS methodologies for effective business solutions.

Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
• Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
• Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards.
• Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements.
• Develops strategies, prepares business cases, and conducts feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
• Conducts business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling.
• Monitors progress, resolves problems, and reports regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders.

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in leading and conducting business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities.
• Experience with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology and standard systems development methodologies.
• Experience in business modeling, use case modeling, and data flow modeling.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OPS methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Information Management principles and practices.
• Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
• Experience in developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation.

Business Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month assignment.

Business Analyst - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Business Analyst - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite five days a week.
