Business Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Service client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior for a 5-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on critical projects related to Bill 5 initiatives. The Business Analyst will engage in comprehensive business analysis to address client needs, focusing on business process improvements and technology solutions.

Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Lead and conduct business analysis to assess client’s business problems and opportunities
• Document business requirements for I&IT solutions
• Conduct business modeling, use case modeling, and data modeling
• Develop processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions and interviews
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to stakeholders
• Prepare business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and perform cost-benefit analysis

Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in business analysis and requirements documentation
• Proficiency in UML and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
• Knowledge of Information Management principles and practices
• Experience with business process mapping and modeling techniques
• Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)

Business Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 5-month contract position with potential for extension.

Business Analyst - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Business Analyst - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
