Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management for an onsite, 10 month contract role. This position is a full-time onsite position at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project within the Government Services Integration Cluster, focusing on training and change management. The Senior Business Analyst will partner with multiple ministry stakeholders to assess current training practices and support the transition to a new training and operating model.

Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management - Responsibilities:
• Partner with ministry stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and project leads to assess training practices
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and consensus-based discussions
• Document current-state processes and identify pain points
• Develop transition plans, change strategies, and implementation roadmaps
• Create and deliver high-quality training and operational documentation
• Support knowledge transfer and post-implementation adoption
• Monitor feedback and outcomes to improve the training model over time

Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience engaging diverse ministry stakeholders
• Experience facilitating workshops and consensus-based discussions
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Experience developing transition plans and change strategies
• Ability to translate complex business processes into clear content
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills

Business Analyst - Senior- Training and Change Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in government or public sector projects
• Familiarity with training and change management methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Experience with stakeholder-impact assessments
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques

This is a 10 month contract position.
