Business Analyst - Senior X2:
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Senior X2 for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Senior X2 - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on business process automation. The successful candidate will support systems development using a rules engine or business process automation platform. The project is pivotal for enhancing operational efficiency.

Business Analyst - Senior X2 - Responsibilities:
• Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
• Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
• Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
• Leads and conducts business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements to determine I&IT solutions.
• Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost-effective service delivery approaches.
• Leads and conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project and phases of the project, aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process, and OPS Standard Systems Development.

Business Analyst - Senior X2 - Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis to support systems development using a rules engine or business process automation platform.
• Experience developing business models, use case models, conceptual and logical data models, process and data flow models, use case surveys, test cases, business rules definition, and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
• Demonstrated experience in projects using an agile development methodology.
• Demonstrated experience leading and conducting business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documenting business requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Business Analyst - Senior X2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process.
• Knowledge of OPS Standard Systems Development.
• Ability to apply re-engineering concepts for business improvements.
• Experience in promoting business analysis practices within an organization.

Business Analyst - Senior X2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is an onsite position.
