Business Analyst Specialist
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst Specialist for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Houston, Texas office 77079.

Business Analyst Specialist - Job Description:
The Business Analyst Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing business data to support decision-making processes. The project involves enhancing current data management systems and developing new standard operating practices for data entry tasks. The role requires handling confidential information and providing guidance to staff.

Business Analyst Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Input Alpha/Numeric data and proof work for accuracy and completeness
• Prioritize work by coding and sorting, and correct errors during visual inspection
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on inputted data
• Make simple mechanical adjustments and decisions within the scope of position and authority
• Perform advanced data entry duties and support multiple data entry tasks in various systems
• Develop simple standard operating practices on data entry tasks
• Provide guidance to staff once proficient in the work

Business Analyst Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in data entry and management
• Proficiency in MS Forms and Project Management
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour
• Good mathematical ability and item processing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Access
• Ability to make independent decisions

Business Analyst Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Power BI
• Proficiency in teamwork and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Accessible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the financial services industry

Business Analyst Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
