On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration - Job Description:
This role involves supporting a significant migration project from OpenText Team Site to SharePoint for the bank's internal intranet. The candidate will ensure the successful transfer of content and functionality, maintaining quality and addressing any issues that arise during the migration process.

Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration - Responsibilities:
• Compare migrated content to legacy content
• Verify the functionality of the new site
• Ensure all content is accurately carried over
• Identify challenges and check for quality
• Validate and fix issues
• Ensure tables and attachments are migrated correctly
• Support migration readiness by addressing scripting issues
• Confirm procedures have transferred accurately
• Identify and correct missing steps, content, and sequencing
• Re-test as necessary

Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration - Mandatory Skills:
• 4 years of testing experience
• Experience with OpenText Team Site and SharePoint
• Experience in validating and documenting defects
• Strong command of the English language – both written and verbal
• Critical thinking and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable articulating challenges and finding errors

Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• HTML coding
• Experience with similar migration projects
• Banking or enterprise experience

Business Analyst/Tester - OpenText Team Site to Sharepoint Migration – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position, with the possibility of extension but no guarantee.
