Senior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Senior Business Analyst - Job Description:
This critical project involves IT analysis methodologies and aims to enhance the Client's IT capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in facilitating meetings, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success.

Senior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meetings tailored to various audiences
• Collaborate with all levels of staff, customers, and IT personnel
• Conduct option analysis and trend analysis
• Develop process flow diagrams and other IT analysis methodologies
• Deliver project deliverables as directed by management

Senior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis in large organizations
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently with a high level of self-direction
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office desktop products

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience
• Experience with accessible and teamwork-focused environments
• Strong problem-solving skills

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of a 6-month extension.

Senior Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, subject to hiring manager’s discretion.
