Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves supporting the bank's global repo trading desks by answering inquiries and participating in process enhancements and vendor functionality rollouts. The Business Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders and technology contacts to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution within Repo systems.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for the bank’s global repo trading desks
• Efficiently answer inquiries from various groups involved in global BMO Repo trading
• Participate in delivery of small-to-medium size enhancements to existing processes
• Engage in rollout of new vendor functionality including testing and validation
• Develop strong partnerships with key business stakeholders and technology contacts
• Act as an expert for integration aspects of Repo systems and resolve issues with external teams
• Participate in activities related to system upgrades and infrastructure/security patching

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with Repo trading systems in a sell-side organization
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of Repo trading: trade execution, inventory and collateral management, settlements, electronic and tri-party trading
• Experience with outright bond trading and Interest Rate derivatives
• Experience with systems like Bondfire, Broadridge FinPro/Impact/SFCM, Bloomberg TOMS, FIS BondOne, Calypso, Anvil, Apex

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience building productivity tools/applications in Python
• Experience with Excel/VBA

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Hybrid with 2 days in office (Monday and Wednesday).
