Business Analyst
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst will be working on the NRDC project (OSFI-988), which involves regulatory compliance in credit risk management. The project aims to assess borrowers for their risk levels, supporting strategic initiatives within the organization.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and facilitate discussions
• Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic projects
• Provide insights and support ongoing initiatives
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Run SQL queries as needed for technical investigative work

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Good credit risk management knowledge
• Understanding of credit risk data
• Good requirements gathering and documentation skills
• SQL skills
• 4-5 years of experience

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking experience or experience in a financial institution

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and the first Friday of every month.
