On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management for a 2-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management - Job Description:
The project involves supporting medium to complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within the Global Risk Management Transformation Office. The Business Analyst will focus on defining business requirements and process changes to meet operational needs while reducing the Bank's risk. Current initiatives include the Third-Party Risk Modernization program, which is in the execution phase and involves cross-functional coordination.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management - Responsibilities:
• Independently resolve complex problems using industry best practices, technology, and regulatory knowledge.
• Conduct research and define requirements/stories and business processes accurately.
• Contribute to multiple small and/or large projects to implement business solutions.
• Develop requirement plans and monitor progress against objectives.
• Ensure all requirements are clear to stakeholders and perform traceability between business and technical requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and follow up with stakeholders as required.
• Provide input and review test strategies and support testing as needed.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services, risk management, or regulatory projects.
• Experience with multiple project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio, and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Process improvement experience with workflow analysis and design understanding.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience as a Lead BA to support other BAs on the team.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office - Global Risk Management – Assignment Length:
This is a 2-month contract position with a likelihood of extension for a total of 1 year or potentially further.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office per week.
