On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) - Job Description:
The Business Analyst will support the delivery of medium to complex regulatory and compliance initiatives within the Transformation Office for Global Risk Management. The role involves defining business requirements and process changes to meet business and operational needs while reducing the Bank's risk. Current projects include Third-Party Risk Modernization, focused on modernizing onboarding processes and enhancing risk controls.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) - Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of regulatory and compliance initiatives for the Transformation Office.
• Define business requirements and process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in risk, operations, and technology.
• Provide support for the Third-Party Risk Modernization program.
• Utilize strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Operate under multiple project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).

Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex projects.
• Experience in financial services, risk management, or regulatory environments.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Process improvement experience with workflow analysis and design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently drive outcomes in complex programs.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience as a Lead BA to mentor/support other BAs.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Risk Management, Regulatory, Compliance experience.
• Business Analysis Certifications.

Business Analyst, Transformation Office (TMO), Global Risk Management (GRM) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to a full-time employee.
