Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 - Job Description:
In this role, you will support and evolve bank's Enterprise Real Estate technology platform, focusing on the modernization project with a TRIRIGA focus. You will bridge the gap between Enterprise Real Estate stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.

Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Act as a key bridge between stakeholders and technology teams
• Translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements
• Support the modernization of the platform by leveraging OOTB capabilities
• Analyze and document process flows, system behavior, and module functionality
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams in a cross-functional environment

Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working within enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with workflow-driven enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of workflow-based systems, process flows, and lifecycle management
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation, including process flows and functional requirements
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including use of tools such as Jira and Confluence

Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA
• Experience with Pega or similar case management/workflow-based applications
• Platform modernization experience
• Familiarity with out-of-the-box functionality vs. customization trade-offs

Business Analyst - TRIRIGA x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until October 30th, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
