Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) for a 4 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Job Description:
The project involves the migration of one Virtual Data Room (VDR) to another, specifically transitioning to BOX. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting this implementation/migration project, ensuring a seamless transition and setup for end users.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Responsibilities:
• Assist with the migration of one VDR to another VDR (BOX).
• Set up end-user documentation.
• Support 140 users across different lines of business.
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure smooth setup.
• Work within tight timelines to meet project deadlines.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Box or other VDRs for electronic document management.
• Experience with migration and SaaS application setup.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
• Jira experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with hands-on technical application/configuration experience.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Data migration experience.
• Knowledge of a highly regulated industry (data regulations).
• Technical documentation experience.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position until the end of October 2026, with potential for extension.

ASAP.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2 days onsite.
