On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Job Description:
The project involves the migration of one Virtual Data Room (VDR) to another, specifically transitioning to Box. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation and setup of the new system, facilitating secure document sharing between companies.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Responsibilities:
• Assist with the migration of VDR systems, focusing on Box.
• Set up end-user documentation and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different lines of business to ensure smooth system setup.
• Work within tight timelines to meet project deliverables.
• Engage in hands-on technical application and configuration tasks.
• Utilize Agile methodologies, including user stories and sprints, to manage project tasks.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Box or other VDR systems.
• Experience in migration and SaaS application setup.
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
• Jira experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Data migration experience.
• Knowledge of a highly regulated industry, such as banking.
• Technical documentation experience.

Business Analyst - Virtual Data Room (VDR) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position lasting until the end of October 2026, with the potential for extension.

ASAP.
