Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6 to 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 to 3 days onsite at our client’s Waterloo office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the Finance organization through our NetSuite reimplementation. This role will focus on business process documentation, requirements gathering, functional coordination, and testing support to ensure Finance needs are properly translated into system configuration and project decisions.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with NetSuite Professional Services and Finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation for process and system changes, including process maps and functional requirements.
• Support end-to-end process review and redesign efforts.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, external consultants, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Assist Finance in developing test cases and coordinate end-to-end UAT.
• Assist Finance with data cleansing, validation, and mapping activities.
• Develop or support creation of Finance training materials and provide hands-on support to Finance users.

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 7 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience supporting NetSuite implementations or ERP-related projects
• Experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, financial close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Excellent documentation skills (process maps, requirements, test scripts, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite functional modules
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience in change management or training support
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 to 12-month contract position.

Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days in the office required.
