On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout - Job Description:
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in the successful rollout of Windows Autopilot as part of the Intune Phase 3 program. This project involves transitioning to a modern provisioning model, acting as a bridge between engineering teams and Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure alignment and readiness.

Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout - Responsibilities:
• Lead LOB engagement and readiness assessments
• Coordinate onboarding and translate business requirements into engineering inputs
• Develop and execute LOB readiness frameworks
• Conduct workshops and maintain readiness dashboards
• Act as the primary contact for LOB stakeholders
• Lead onboarding sessions and communicate changes and impacts

Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology programs
• Strong experience with LOB engagement and stakeholder presentations
• Deep understanding of Entra ID managed environments and device provisioning
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Proficiency with MS Suite products

Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Microsoft Intune / Autopilot deployment experience
• Experience with Windows 10/11 migration programs
• Familiarity with cloud-managed environments
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous Banking experience

Business Analyst – Windows Autopilot rollout – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
