Business Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a full-time role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Winnipeg, MB office.

Business Analyst - Job Description:
The project aims to improve and enable healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology. The focus is on providing efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Support information system implementation projects and process mapping activities
• Document customer requirements and business processes
• Identify capability gaps
• Analyze healthcare service delivery and work with clinical stakeholders
• Test integration between healthcare information systems using the HL7 integration standard
• Conduct quality assurance tasks including testing and creating test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, and documenting results
• Work with Electronic Medical Records in a healthcare environment

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
• Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Analysis
• 10 years' experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects
• 6 years' experience implementing projects in a healthcare environment
• 5 years' experience testing integration between healthcare information systems using HL7
• 5 years' experience as a quality assurance analyst
• 2 years' experience working with Electronic Medical Records

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in an acute care environment
• Accessible and adaptable to changing project requirements

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
The assignment duration is from August 4, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with an option term from April 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027.

ASAP.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.
