Business Analyst x 3:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst x 3 - Job Description:
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative group of analysts working within a larger project team to strengthen our data management initiative across Enterprise Compliance. You will partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve data retention and disposition gaps, ensuring practices align with Enterprise data management standards and regulatory requirements.

Business Analyst x 3 - Responsibilities:
• Provide data management and governance support
• Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation activities
• Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines
• Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting Data Retention and Disposition requirements
• Support identification, inventory, and cataloguing of existing data assets
• Execute manual Data Disposition and Evidencing
• Identify, escalate, and support documentation of project and data risks and issues
• Build effective working relationships to collaborate with peers and partners
• Manage numerous stakeholder relationships and provide support where required

Business Analyst x 3 - Mandatory Skills:
• Governance
• Strong Confluence
• Project experience (Timelines standpoint, Risk identification)
• Data analytics Excel reporting

Business Analyst x 3 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• FI /Banking experience
• Data management (controls, compliance, understanding of data regulatory rules)

Business Analyst x 3 – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid position with 4 days in office.
